I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location was incredibly convenient for exploring the heart of Atlanta, and the staff were all quite helpful. However, the rooms felt outdated, and I faced issues with the charging facilities. The dining options were underwhelming for a hotel of this caliber, which was disappointing. Ultimately, while I’d consider returning for the location and staff, improvements in room conditions and dining would be welcome.

My stay at the Omni was a mix of highs and lows. While I was truly impressed by the staff's attentiveness and the overall cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms left a bit to be desired in terms of comfort. The location is excellent, providing easy access to downtown Atlanta and attractions. However, the ongoing construction was a downside during my visit.
